Shave Soap in a Tin (4oz)

The soap itself is nice. It has a good fragrance and lathers well. However, Rockwell raised the price by 150% and then gave 10% off for Black Friday. Gee, what a "deal". And it doesn't perform any better than other shaving soap i just picked up for $8.

This Rockwell shave soap in a tin has become an indispensable part of my morning routine. It offers a creamy lather which helps close irritation-free shave. The scent is rather on the sweet side, too sweet for me, but it wears off quickly anyway.

I highly recommend Rockwell’s Barbershop Shave Soap. It is extremely easy soap to lather. I usually bloom the soap in warm water, rub the puck on my dome whiskers (dome shaver only- I have a full beard), use bloom water to prep the soap primed dome and then build a killer lather, while prepping the hairs, with a badger or boar brush. Too easy!

This soap produces a great, rich lather! I am so glad I got it!
