Rockwell Cap - White Chrome

I had my Rockwell razor replaced via warranty, and the way I had it done was very quick and efficient. Thank you to the team for fulfilling the order so quickly!

I had complained of inconsistent performance with my razor and it was determined that the cap and plate were machined slightly out of tolerance which allowed the blade to set off center and/or crooked. You sent me a new plate and a new cap and I am surprised at the difference it made. Honestly I didn't expect it make as much of a difference as it has. I had a low opinion of my Rockwell razor before but now I have to say I like shaving with it much more than I used to. Thank you for your outstanding customer service.

I bought my husband a Rockwell Razor back in Xmas 2018. He's loved using it for all this time, but he accidentally dropped it and part of it broke. The team at RR were amazing, as I emailed not knowing which piece needing replacing. I sent photos and they returned swiftly with a solution – they would replace the broken parts but I only needed to pay for postage! They told me this was guaranteed for life! So after a week or so, the replacement parts made their way here to the UK and everything is back to perfect working order.

The razor itself is top for what it does (the main reason I bought it back when it first came out!) and the fact the customer service behind it is equally brilliant, well that just makes my day.

I had an issue with the razor I bought about 6 years previously. Rockwell replaced the required parts with no questions asked. The process was seamless, and the parts were delivered very promptly.

I'm really impressed with the new razor cap design. The longer screw it features compared to the old version not only works better but also ensures a tighter fit.

Rockwell replaced the broken head piece. Now newly engineered with a new handle. Much more secure razor.
