Rockwell Cap - White Chrome

Rockwell was quick to offer a replacement part at a reasonable cost.

I had dropped and damaged the cap on my Rockwell 6C razor. I ordered the replacement and it was perfect. Fast delivery too! Rockwell, well ROCKS!!!

Recently had an alignment issue with my rockwell 6C. It is hands down the best shave i have ever had. My Mule R41 is also a damn good shave but I need to be careful with it. The 6C is a razor I would reccommend to any shaver, new or experienced. Takes trial and error finding what blade combo works but once its dialed in you'll be amazed. When I had thr alignment issue customer service was some of the best Ive ever had. They sent me a new cap and hande (40 dollar value) and I just had to pay shipping.. overall very pleased with Rockwell Razor Company

I had complained of inconsistent performance with my razor and it was determined that the cap and plate were machined slightly out of tolerance which allowed the blade to set off center and/or crooked. You sent me a new plate and a new cap and I am surprised at the difference it made. Honestly I didn't expect it make as much of a difference as it has. I had a low opinion of my Rockwell razor before but now I have to say I like shaving with it much more than I used to. Thank you for your outstanding customer service.

The Rockwell cap I oder dinting fit my Rockwell 6c I think send wrong cap I would like to give better rivew but order wasn’t right

After a month of use my top plate treads snapped, send Rockwell some pictures on my e-mail and they shipped a new one for free y just have to cover the mailing charge. Thanks guys.

Like the weight of the razor.

The machine is very good, it bbs very smoothly and even the most aggressive plate makes a fantastic shave.
