I am using the Rockwell C for years now and the shave is great. I am really impressed how well this piece works. The cap design with the long **** in the middle is the weakness of this razor. If you drop it, which can happen dealing with soap and water making it slippery, the **** on the cap can break. That's exactly what happened to me. I read a few customer testimonials about it as well. When you include shipping, I had to pay $25 for the replacement part, almost half of what the razor costs. Also, the gunmetal coating (I think it is anodized) starts to fade away on both sides after many shaves. Besides these, solid piece for everyone to consider.

My razor broke when I dropped it on my bathroom floor. I contacted Rockwell via email and they promptly responded and sent replacement parts. I’m very pleased and enjoy having a good shave every day.

So far, so good, after one week. This is a replacement cap that Rockwell sent after my original cap **** broke in the handle after **** them together. I had had the original razor for a little more than a year and a half. Rockwell also sent a replacement handle, both for $7 for the shipping cost. I'll be more careful when **** the handle and cap together in the future. I'm happy with this, but I wish I had purchased the stainless steel 6S. This razor still feels high quality and looks great, especially compared with my other safety razor, which is a Gillette Heritage Safety Razor.

Excellent customer service. This company really stands by it's warranty. The cap broke on my razor when I dropped it (the part that screws in broke off in the handle.) They replaced the cap for just the cost of shipping. The replacement part came very quickly.

I’ve had my razor for about two years now and consistently get great shaves. The razor fell off the shower stand in my shower and broke. I sent my original order number and they were able to track it down. Other than a small shipping fee, I had a free replacement razor head within a few days. No hassle, and back to great shaves!

My original top cap on my Rockwell 6C must have been slightly off as one side of the razor always shaved a bit more aggressive than the other side, no matter which plate I used. I decided to order a new top cap to see if this would solve the problem, and it has. I love my Rockwell razor and it is my go-to razor for daily shaves. I’m not sure what might have been wrong with the original top cap, but it must have been a minor imperfection.
