Rockwell Cap - Gunmetal

I have loved my Rockwell razor since the beginning and was gutted when it fell and broke in the shower. I emailed them to see if there was a way I could order just the parts I needed instead of a whole new set and they told me they would send me the parts I needed for free! I was so impressed. Their customer service was great, friendly and responded in a timely manner. I would 10/10 recommend Rockwell razors to anyone looking for a sustainable product from an amazing company.

I’ve had my razor for about two years now and consistently get great shaves. The razor fell off the shower stand in my shower and broke. I sent my original order number and they were able to track it down. Other than a small shipping fee, I had a free replacement razor head within a few days. No hassle, and back to great shaves!

Replacement parts were sent out despite not having my order confirmation. This level of trust is rare these days, especially when the product is such good quality. Will be upgrading my collection with more Rockwell razors in the future.

Rockwell Cap - Gunmetal

Even though I love Rockwell razors, because you have to release the cap several times during shaving to get the hairs and shaving cream out from the blade it doesn't take that long before the thread snaps off -again- and I have to order a new cap. I'm wondering if you can make it out of stronger metal still. I think it should be possible...

My Rockwell razor works great, finally a good shave without throwing away all that plastic. When I had a hitch with it customer service was fast and efficient, they definitely stand behind their product.
