The Engineering
Creating the 24K Gold Rockwell 6S required exact precision. The process involved plating stainless steel with 24-karat gold while maintaining the original blade gaps and adjustability of the 6S. We operated with tolerances of less than 1mm, as even the smallest variation could affect shaving performance.
Our team developed over 10 custom molds and used metal injection molding to ensure each razor achieved the precise fit and required balance. Every razor underwent rigorous testing to guarantee the same precision, durability, and shave quality as the original 6S, now enhanced with a luxurious gold finish.
