Tapa Rockwell - Cromo blanco

Top caps are interchangeable, right? Not for my crowd funded era original 6C. When the threads on the cap finally wore down enough that it wouldn’t stay attached to the handle, I tried a cap from a different razor that looked the same. The shave wasn’t the same. Only then did I remember Gareth sharing during the early days of Rockwell their obsessing over tolerances and materials, and that good engineering is valuable and harder than it looks. So now I have an OEM replacement that works beautifully. It was worth it guys!

Essentially what happened was I had the top cap of my safety razor break and have part of the **** stuck inside the handle. The store that that sold it to my brother and father, which were the ones who gave it to me on Christmas two years ago. Had since gone out of business, so my only option was to submit the support request to Rockwell and see what their reply would be.

On their website it says that razors bought via third parties would have to have their warranties honored by said third party stores.

Regardless, I pressed on and submitted a support request to see if I could activate the warranty on my razor. So I sent them pictures of the whole ordeal and waited for their response.

It was to my pleasant surprise that they said they would honor the warranty request and that they only asked I pay the shipping fee which was about 15 bucks to where I live here in Portugal.

The razor arrived, everything was in order and my face and privates have never been tidier.

Big-ups to Rockwell Razors and a special hug in particular to Brar, my customer support agent.

Cheers and have a good one!

Rockwell was quick to offer a replacement part at a reasonable cost.

I had dropped and damaged the cap on my Rockwell 6C razor. I ordered the replacement and it was perfect. Fast delivery too! Rockwell, well ROCKS!!!

Recently had an alignment issue with my rockwell 6C. It is hands down the best shave i have ever had. My Mule R41 is also a damn good shave but I need to be careful with it. The 6C is a razor I would reccommend to any shaver, new or experienced. Takes trial and error finding what blade combo works but once its dialed in you'll be amazed. When I had thr alignment issue customer service was some of the best Ive ever had. They sent me a new cap and hande (40 dollar value) and I just had to pay shipping.. overall very pleased with Rockwell Razor Company

I had complained of inconsistent performance with my razor and it was determined that the cap and plate were machined slightly out of tolerance which allowed the blade to set off center and/or crooked. You sent me a new plate and a new cap and I am surprised at the difference it made. Honestly I didn't expect it make as much of a difference as it has. I had a low opinion of my Rockwell razor before but now I have to say I like shaving with it much more than I used to. Thank you for your outstanding customer service.
