100-day returns, no questions asked

Return any product within 100 days of delivery, no questions asked. This includes SETPOINT, sale items and backer offers. You can try the product before deciding; original packaging and unused condition are not required.

Return shipping and refunds

We provide a free prepaid return label for returns within 100 days of delivery. Your refund is the amount paid for the returned products, less any shipping costs we incurred to ship your original order.

Once we receive your return, we will email you and process your refund to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Gifts

If your order was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive gift credit for the value of the return. Otherwise, the refund goes to the original purchaser.

Existing purchases and warranties

If your purchase included a longer return window, we will honor that promise. Product warranties for defects remain separate from this return policy.
