This top cap has the same finish and the same color as the original cap, replacing it successfully. The customer service was efficient and responded promptly to my request.

I can't comment as I haven't received it yet, it's been well over a month since I was promised this by Rockwell Customer Service. It seems that it was lost en route and I haven't had any real answers from Rockwell or DHL.
Order the 6s and when it arrived my blades would not fit on the cap. But Rockwell’s customer service was so amazing they sent me a new one at no extra cost and even some extra goodies for my troubles. Also the razor is amazing!

My original 6s cap is not fitting the Russian blades (too tight) but fit the Feathers just fine. I'll hope to order a new one when they are in stock or Rockwell and I can do a swap?
Ordered this cap, and a R5/6 base plate a little later.
The base plate arrived, the cap is still on its way to me.
Had a Rockwell razor on loan - and enjoyed it very much with the R5 setting ...
Once the cap arrives, I screw a custom SS handle on the head ...

I bought a new 6S and the top cap was flawed. The Rockwell team sent a new one asap. I did notice the new one is cosmetically as it should be, and the two sides of the razor now seem to have similar shave characteristics (where the original did not). Overall, a great customer service experience. Loving the razor. Loving the shave results. Never, never going back to cartridges.
