This was a free replacement all I had to do was send a few pictures and the parts were covered. If I had bought the razor originally from Rockwell they would have even covered the shipping. I was thrilled to pay for just shipping. It was a 5-year-old razor and they covered the parts. I have tried many different brands and I get the best shave from my Rockwell. I highly recommend this brand/ company for the shave but the warranty is just icing on the cake.
